Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Home Manager to spearhead the launch and ongoing operations of a purpose-built 60-bed care home Farnham, Surrey. • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in a nursing or residential care home.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making abilities.
• RGN/RMN qualification (preferred but not essential).
• A passion for delivering high-quality, dignified care in a luxury setting.
