As the Head of Quality, you will:

  • Lead and manage quality assurance processes across the nursing homes.
  • Manage a team of quality support managers.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality standards.
  • Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement.
  • Report on quality metrics to senior leadership.
