The Head of Development will:

  • Support the Regional Director in achieving strategic and operational objectives.
  • Represent senior leadership in high-level meetings.
  • Lead projects to enhance healthcare services.
  • Monitor performance data and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and external partners to optimise care pathways.
  • Oversee contract management and business planning.
  • Engage with stakeholders and support fundraising initiatives.

The ideal Head of Development will have:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in health or social care.
  • Leadership and project management experience in healthcare.
  • Understanding of governance, HR, and financial management.

  • Familiarity with NHS commissioning and regulated environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.
