Are you an experienced nurse ready to make a real difference in children’s lives? Our client, a leading UK charity supporting children with brain injuries and neurodisabilities, is looking for a dedicated Experienced School Nurse (Complex Care) to provide essential care to children with complex health needs in a specialist school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to children with SEND and PMLD
  • Act as the main contact for school nursing in the absence of the Lead School Nurse
  • Assess, plan, and evaluate care in collaboration with families and professionals
  • Manage safe medication administration and maintain medical supplies
  • Support immunisation and health promotion initiatives
  • Maintain accurate, confidential nursing records

  • Salary up to £51,204 per annum (DOE)
  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week – no weekends

About You:
  • Registered Nurse (RCN / RGN / RNLD)
  • Minimum 2 years at Band 5 or 1 year at Band 6
  • Experience with children with complex health needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident working both independently and within a team
