As the Director of Nursing - Homecare, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of nurses and clinical staff to provide compassionate, patient-centred care.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality of care.
• Collaborating with the executive team, clients, families, and external stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
• Overseeing client relationships, safeguarding, risk assessment, care plans, and packages of care.
• Maintaining clinical oversight and adherence to best practices and policies.
• Supporting clinical staff development through training and professional growth opportunities.

Package and Benefits:

The Director of Nursing - Homecare will receive:

• Annual salary of up to £90,000, depending on experience.
• 10% annual performance-based bonus.
• 25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.

The ideal candidate for the Director of Nursing - Homecare position will have:

• NMC registration as a Nurse.
• Experience in nurse case management or homecare, focusing on complex learning disabilities, mental health, and physical life-limiting conditions.
• Strong managerial skills with evidence of managing nurses on a regional scale.
• Knowledge of CQC standards with a track record of maintaining at least a Good rating.
