The Director of Clinical Services will:

 

• Lead clinical services operations across nursing and therapy.
• Ensure the highest level of patient care and clinical outcomes.
• Develop and deliver hospital strategy alongside the senior leadership team.
• Forge positive relationships with external health and social care professionals.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and professional standards.
• Cultivate a culture of meaningful engagement within the clinical teams.

• A proactive and innovative approach to care.
