As a Deputy Manager, you will:

 

  • Deliver a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for children.
  • Lead the home to achieve Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
  • Build and retain a skilled, motivated staff team.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with local authorities and external partners.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager and receive full support from the wider team.

  • Have Level 3 Childrens Residential NVQ
