As Deputy House Manager, you will support the House Manager in leading a skilled team, ensuring the highest standards of care, and contributing to the delivery of individual care plans. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals and families in a modern, purpose-built environment focused on quality and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day management of nursing and care staff
Coordinate and deliver high-quality, child-focused care
Lead care planning, assessments, and reviews
Oversee medication administration and regulatory compliance
Maintain strong communication with families and internal teams

Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse with mentorship qualification
