As a Deputy Home Manager, you will:

• Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
• Ensure care reflects residents' wishes, choices, and wellbeing.
• Maintain high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards.
• Lead and motivate the staff team through supervision and training.
• Oversee the monthly rota for safe staffing levels.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal resident outcomes.

The ideal Deputy Home Manager will have:
