A respected UK children’s charity is looking for an experienced Deputy Clinical Lead to join its specialist care and rehabilitation service in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior clinical role within a purpose-built environment, supporting children and young people with complex health needs.

As Deputy Clinical Lead, you will work alongside the House Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality nursing care, support staff development, and ensure best clinical practice is upheld. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet individual care goals in a compassionate and structured setting.

Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Provide clinical leadership to nursing and care teams
  • Support development and implementation of care plans
  • Oversee safe medication management and clinical compliance
  • Act as a mentor to junior staff and promote best practice
  • Build strong relationships with families and allied professionals

Requirements:
 
  • NMC Registered Nurse (Child or Learning Disabilities preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children with complex needs
  • Strong clinical knowledge and leadership experience
  • Clear understanding of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
