As a Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring clinical care exceeds professional standards and regulations.
• Providing specialist nursing support and advice.
• Taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence.
• Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver empathetic care.
• Recognising and addressing safeguarding concerns.
• Maintaining accurate and meaningful records.
• Supporting a culture of kindness and inclusivity.

• A valid NMC Pin and knowledge of National Standards and the NMC code of practice.
• Experience in person-centred care planning within a care home.
• Strong mentoring skills and effective time management.
• A positive attitude and the ability to communicate with kindness and consideration.
• Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities and the ability to report concerns.
