This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop clinical care teams and comes with a salary ranging from £50,000 - £60,000 DOE.

The Clinical Deputy Manager will:

  • Oversee all aspects of clinical care, ensuring high standards of care and safety.
  • Lead clinical quality control systems and coach staff to meet quality standards.
  • Support the Manager in managing financial, human, and material resources efficiently.
  • Inspire and motivate the clinical staff team and support a positive culture.
