Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (or 8am–4pm)

Key Responsibilities:
Act as Clinical Deputy Manager, providing clinical leadership and operational support
Mentor and develop nurses and care staff, promoting best practice
Oversee audits, compliance, and care planning in line with CQC standards
Support clinical governance and quality assurance initiatives
Participate in the on-call rota and strategic planning
About You
Qualified Nurse with active NMC Pin (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
Previous experience in a care home nursing role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and evidence-based care
