If you’re an experienced Oncology Nurse seeking a Clinical Case Manager role with genuine flexibility and responsibility, this opportunity offers the chance to oversee cancer treatment pathways while working across remote and field-based settings. You’ll act as the consistent clinical link for patients and consultants, ensuring care is safe, compliant, and well coordinated.

This Chemotherapy Case Manager position gives you ownership of the full treatment journey, from referral through to treatment completion. You’ll manage your own caseload while working closely with multidisciplinary teams in a clinically led, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end cancer treatment pathways, acting as the main clinical contact for patients and consultants
  • Coordinate treatment plans, monitoring visits, prescriptions, and clinical documentation
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacists, nurses, schedulers, and external consultants to resolve queries and changes
  • Ensure all care and documentation meets regulatory and governance standards

About You

  • Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration
  • SACT qualification with extensive chemotherapy nursing experience
  • Full UK driving licence held

This role follows a five day working pattern, combining home working with field-based activity alongside local clinical teams.
