We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare organisation for an experienced Nurse Case Manager to join their Government medical team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to transition from a clinical environment into an office-based, hybrid role that allows you to use your nursing expertise in a new way, where you’ll be supporting overseas-based employees and their families through expert case management and compassionate medical guidance.
You’ll be part of a nurse-led, multidisciplinary team of doctors, coordinators and administrators, all working together to deliver world-class healthcare support across the globe.

What’s in it for you?
  • £42,000 annual salary
  • 36-hour working week – flexible day shifts, no nights
  • Hybrid working – split between office and home
  • Private healthcare cover
  • Life insurance
  • Private pension scheme
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and wellbeing support
  • Ongoing professional development including ILM5 Management & Leadership qualifications, Clinical Pathway Streamlining, and Risk Management training
  • Supportive, collaborative and purpose-driven team culture
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate medical cases for overseas-based government employees and dependants
  • Provide remote medical advice and support via phone and digital channels
  • Liaise with international healthcare providers to gather medical information and coordinate treatment
  • Review medical reports, assess standards of care, and make recommendations on fitness to fly
  • Conduct pre-travel medical assessments and offer overseas healthcare planning advice

About You

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate nurse who:
  • Is NMC-registered (RGN)
  • Has a minimum of 3 years’ post-registration experience in acute, emergency, or community nursing
  • Communicates effectively and demonstrates strong clinical judgement
  • Enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
  • Is confident using technology to deliver patient care remotely
Experience in case management, occupational health, or insurance is desirable but not essential.
