The role of Registered Care Manager includes:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Holding the CQC/CIW registration and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Recruiting and growing the carer team, guiding them through the recruitment process.
• Seeking new business opportunities to support branch growth.
• Regularly reviewing branch operations to meet customer needs.
• Implementing policies and procedures effectively within the branch.
• Supporting staff and carers with training and development.

The ideal Registered Care Manager will have:
