The Adult Nurse Manager will:

  • Create and manage tailored care plans for adults with complex needs.
  • Deliver clinical assessments, nursing interventions, and medication management.
  • Lead, train, and support a team of carers to ensure high standards of care.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and families for ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with CHC nurses, commissioners, and the wider MDT.

The ideal Adult Nurse Manager will have:

 

  • Registration as a General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
  • Experience in tracheostomy care and ventilator support within the last two years.
  • Leadership skills suitable for Band 5 or Band 6 nurses.
  • Strong communication skills to build trust with families and colleagues.
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
