Salary up to £38,500 per annum.

About the Company You will be joining a purpose-built, private residential healthcare provider specialising in addiction treatment. The service is CQC rated Good and delivers structured, abstinence-based programmes within a high-quality clinical environment supported by experienced senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead shifts and take accountability for safe, effective clinical care delivery.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate person-centred care plans, including detox support.
Administer and manage medications in line with NMC and RCN guidance, including controlled drugs where required.
Monitor physical health using clinical skills such as venepuncture, ECG and NEWS2, escalating concerns appropriately.
About You
Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
Minimum two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in the UK.
Experience writing and managing care plans within a regulated healthcare setting.
