Assess, plan, and review person-centred care plans in line with best practice.
Deliver safe nursing care including medication administration, wound care, and clinical monitoring.
Liaise effectively with GPs and external healthcare professionals to meet residents’ clinical needs.
Build positive, professional relationships with residents and their families.
About You
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
Previous experience working in a care home or similar clinical setting.
Up-to-date knowledge of current clinical practices and standards.
