Are you an experienced Safeguarding Social Worker in the West Midlands looking for your next opportunity?
I'm currently working with the Director of a well-established Safeguarding Service who is looking to recruit experienced Social Workers to help protect vulnerable children and families. This is a team with stable leadership, realistic caseloads, and a genuine commitment to supporting its staff.
Thanks to my direct relationships with the hiring managers, I can often negotiate flexible working arrangements on your behalf. Whether you need childcare-friendly working patterns or an additional day working from home, I'll do everything I can to secure an arrangement that works for you.
