Leaders in Care are working directly with a council that’s commutable from the West Midlands to offer something special.
With recent funding approved in line with the financial year, we’ve been given the green light to recruit Child Protection & Assessment Social Workers in a well-known Council, and this is a really good time to be joining our agency as we’ve increased our loyalty bonus scheme,meaning frontline Roles up to £43 per hour!
The service has several teams in which cases are allocated to Social Workers based on where they live to minimise travel. With average caseloads ranging from 15-23, the council will look to reduce this number depending on the different cases you’re holding.
Flexible working is extremely encouraged by the council with office working being on duty only!
They are striving for a positive OFSTED this year and the senior managers are on the same wavelength with a put in get out attitude.
Due to our direct contact with this council, we are able to support your needs being met, from working from home 4 days a week to childcare and morning school runs, we have you covered, let us find the role that suits your wants best. The local authority has a great range of permanent to agency staff with great feedback from current social workers working there already!
