Whether you're already working in elderly care or looking to move from the NHS or another clinical setting, you'll receive excellent support, ongoing training and real opportunities to develop your career.

What's on Offer?

  • £22.54–£23.06 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Paid NMC registration
  • Paid PVG
  • Free meals on shift
  • Company pension
  • Group Life Assurance
  • Wagestream - flexible access to your pay
  • Award-winning learning and development
  • Excellent career progression opportunities
  • 24/7 GP service for you and your family
  • Employee Assistance Programme

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents with a range of healthcare needs while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Working as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll:

  • Assess, plan and deliver individualised care
  • Administer medications and manage clinical interventions
  • Monitor residents' health and respond to changing clinical needs
  • Support and mentor colleagues and student nurses
  • Build trusted relationships with residents and their families
  • Help maintain the highest standards of clinical care across the home

What We're Looking For

  • Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
  • Minimum 12 months' post-registration experience
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
  • A team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and making a genuine difference

If you're looking for a nursing role where you'll be supported, respected and given the opportunity to make a real difference every single day, I'd love to tell you more. Apply today or contact Sam at Leaders in Care on 07828876725 for further details.
