We’re recruiting a Registered Nurse to join a well-established care service in Skelmersdale, offering good staffing support, hands-on leadership, and opportunities to develop your career.

The Role:

As a Night Nurse, you’ll take responsibility for a designated area of the service, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care throughout the night. You’ll make clinical decisions, support residents’ needs, and provide guidance to the care team during quieter but equally important overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the smooth running of your care area overnight
• Delivering personal care and clinical nursing support
• Supporting and guiding care staff on shift
• Administering and managing medications safely
• Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and responding to any changes

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC registration
• Understanding of CQC standards and regulations
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines
• Previous experience in elderly or adult care settings
• A reliable, organised and proactive approach
