Take ownership of a growing community complex care service where quality, governance and sustainable growth are central to delivery. This Registered Manager opportunity gives you the autonomy to influence how services develop while overseeing high-quality care for adults and children with complex needs, including mental health, learning disabilities and physical health conditions.

As the Registered Manager, you will lead community-based care delivery, maintain regulatory standards and support the continued development of complex care packages. You will work closely with internal teams, commissioners, case managers, families and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure services remain safe, responsive and person-centred.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the CQC Registered Manager, maintaining regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement across the service
• Oversee complex care packages including care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding and clinical governance
• Lead, manage and support carers, nurses and operational teams delivering care within the community
• Maintain robust quality assurance processes including audits, incident management and service improvement plans
• Support recruitment, retention, supervision and development of staff across the service
• Build strong relationships with commissioners, case managers, families and multidisciplinary teams
• Support the mobilisation and sustainable growth of new and existing complex care packages

About You

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or in a senior management position within community complex care, domiciliary care or a closely related service
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and quality assurance
• Experience leading multidisciplinary or community-based care teams
• Strong operational leadership skills with the ability to manage service performance and maintain high standards
• Experience working with commissioners, case managers and other healthcare professionals
• Experience supporting the growth and mobilisation of community complex care packages would be highly advantageous
