<p>• Lead the registration and opening of a new EBD children’s home from inception.<br>
• Recruit, develop, and lead a values-led care team.<br>

• Take full accountability for quality, compliance, and outcomes, with scope to become dual registered.</p>

<p><strong>About You</strong></p>

<p>• Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager within a children’s residential setting.<br>
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.<br>
• Experience working within EBD children’s homes.</p>
