<p><strong>Registered Manager - Ofsted </strong></p>

<p>We're working with a respected provider in Bristol / North Somerset area, to appoint an Ofsted Registered Manager for a brand new 3-child residential home, supporting young people in an EBD setting.</p>

<p>This is a great opportunity to lead a highly focused, therapeutic service – providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where every child is given the time and attention to truly thrive.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<p>The successful applicant will lead, manage and support a team of staff including a Deputy Manager, Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, working closely with the highly experienced senior management team to provide the best care to all children and young people in the service.</p>

<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p>

<p>As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of this small, specialist home, supporting two children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. You’ll lead a dedicated team, fostering a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. You’ll also play a key role in the ongoing development and improvement of the service, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.</p>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Level 4 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People’s Services (or equivalent)
	<li>Minimum 2 years' managerial experience in children’s residential care
	<li>Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and child protection
	<li>Experience supporting children with LD, EBD and Complex Needs
	<li>Experience opening or developing services is desirable
</ul>
