  • Advocating for young people and ensuring their voices are heard
  • Supporting patients with physical interventions and NG feeding as part of their care (full training provided)
Shifts & working pattern:

  • 40.25 hours per week (typically 3 shifts one week, 4 the next)
  • Flexibility available (e.g. 5 shifts one week, 2 the next)
  • Ideally seeking nurses able to work both days and nights
What’s on offer:
  • Competitive salary of £38,000 – £44,000
  • Enhanced pay incentive:
    • Work over 172.5 hours per month (15 shifts) and receive an enhanced rate
    • From the 16th shift onwards paid at 1.25x, subject to no sickness or cancellations
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Workplace pension (auto enrolment)
  • Meals provided on shift
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure costs covered
  • NMC revalidation reimbursement
  • Referral bonus scheme
  • Holiday bonus after 3 years’ service
  • Sick pay (after 1 year) and sick pay bonus if unused
  • Personal holiday and education fund
  • Christmas parties, summer BBQs, and staff incentives
Training & development:
  • Comprehensive induction programme (policies, e-learning, and face-to-face training)
  • Mandatory training via a dedicated training platform
  • Ongoing specialist courses (e.g. phlebotomy, safeguarding, MHA, medical equipment)
  • Monthly academic sessions for nurses and wider staff
  • Funding available for external courses and further professional development
What we’re looking for:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people
  • Experience in CAMHS, eating disorders, or inpatient mental health is desirable but not essential
  • Willingness to learn and engage in specialist interventions (full support provided)
If you’re looking for a supportive team, meaningful work, and exceptional learning opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.
