As Home Manager, you will:
Lead and manage the care home, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimise service delivery.
Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the care home.

The ideal candidate for will have:
Proven experience as Deputy Manager in a Nursing Home setting
Nurse Qualified - highly essential.
