We are seeking a Head of Operations to lead and grow a dynamic complex care domiciliary service across the North West along the M65 corridor. This is a pivotal role for someone who combines strong clinical expertise with operational leadership, and who is passionate about driving excellence, compliance, and sustainable growth.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations across complex care services
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and clinical governance standards
• Drive service growth, performance, and strategic development
• Support and develop a multidisciplinary team of managers and clinicians
• Maintain exceptional standards of care delivery and client satisfaction

About You:

• Proven experience in complex care / domiciliary care leadership
• Strong clinical background (e.g. Nurse, AHP, or equivalent)
• Demonstrable success in operational management and service growth
• In-depth understanding of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
• A proactive, solutions-focused leader with a passion for quality care
