You will play a key role in supporting a young person with trauma-related needs and CAMHS involvement, working closely with the wider MDT, family and care team to ensure consistency, stability and positive outcomes.

This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekends required, however there is the opportunity to pick up additional shifts within the package at £22 per hour.

  • Experience supporting children or young people with complex emotional or behavioural needs
  • Good understanding of safeguarding, risk management and care planning
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care

What’s on Offer

  • £40,000 – £45,000 salary
