Key Responsibilities

  • Deputise for the Registered Manager, supporting the effective, safe, and compliant running of the nursing home
  • Lead on clinical standards, quality assurance, and care delivery for residents with complex needs
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and development to nursing and care teams
  • Support a positive culture that promotes high standards, engagement, and continuity of care

About You

  • Nurse qualified with current registration (RGN or RMN) and experience working as a Deputy Manager in a nursing home
  • Proven experience leading and managing staff teams within a clinical care environment
  • Experience supporting quality, compliance, and high standards of care for older people
