Package & Benefits
  • Base salary up to £39,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Fully expensed company car and fuel card or car allowance of £4,877.50 plus mileage.
  • 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, with the option to buy additional leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, evidence-based care to adult patients within the community.
  • Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and contribute to ongoing care planning.
  • Provide education, reassurance, and support to patients, families, and carers.
  • Work closely with local NHS services and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.
About You
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Experience within adult nursing in a hospital, community, district nursing, or healthcare setting.
