Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain high clinical standards across the nursing and care teams.
Support the Home Manager with policies, procedures, and clinical objectives.
Oversee resident wellbeing, responding to changes and ensuring care plans remain appropriate.
Act as a key clinical contact for residents, families, and external health and social care professionals.
About You
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
Previous experience in a senior or clinical leadership role within a care home.
Strong knowledge of clinical governance, audits, and care systems.
