Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain high clinical standards across the nursing and care teams.
- Support the Home Manager with policies, procedures, and clinical objectives.
- Oversee resident wellbeing, responding to changes and ensuring care plans remain appropriate.
- Act as a key clinical contact for residents, families, and external health and social care professionals.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
- Previous experience in a senior or clinical leadership role within a care home.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, audits, and care systems.
