Are you an experienced Adult Social Worker looking for a permanent opportunity where you'll be at the forefront of safeguarding adults and making timely decisions that have a real impact?
We're recruiting for an Adult MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) Social Worker to join a supportive and collaborative team. What You'll Be Doing:
Screening and triaging safeguarding concerns and referrals
Completing timely risk assessments and making informed threshold decisions
Working closely with police, health professionals, housing, and partner agencies to share information effectively
Coordinating safeguarding enquiries and ensuring appropriate interventions are put in place
Applying the Care Act 2014 and Making Safeguarding Personal principles to all areas of practice
Managing a varied workload while maintaining accurate and timely case recording
Supporting positive outcomes through effective multi-agency working and early intervention

What We're Looking For:
Qualified Social Worker
Current Social Work England (SWE) registration
Experience within Adult Safeguarding, MASH, Front Door, or Duty services
Sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding legislation
Excellent assessment, decision-making, and communication skills
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, multi-agency environment
Full UK driving licence (where required)
