I've worked in recruitment for the past two years, beginning my career after graduating from university with a degree in Behavioural Sciences. I initially specialised in SEND education before joining Leaders in Care in 2026 and moving into Neurodivergent and Psychological Therapies.
I'm passionate about delivering a high-quality service to the clinics and clinicians I work with, while also supporting professional development across the sector. I'm actively involved in our CPD webinar programme, working alongside industry experts to deliver educational sessions, encourage discussion, and share best practice across the Neurodivergent and Psychological Therapies space.
