<p>We’re recruiting for a <strong>Scrub Nurse or ODP</strong> to join a leading independent provider of NHS cataract surgery covering the Dorchester area.</p>

<p>This is a great opportunity to develop within ophthalmic surgery, working in a supportive theatre team with clear training and progression opportunities.<br>
<br>
<strong>The Role</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Scrubbing for ophthalmic procedures
	<li>Supporting consultants during surgery
	<li>Preparing theatre equipment and clinical areas
	<li>Assisting with patient admission and discharge
	<li>Maintaining safe clinical practice and documentation
</ul>

<p>You’ll work 37.5 hours per week across 4 days (7:30am–5:30pm) within a local Dorchester site cluster.</p>

<h3><strong>What’s on offer?</strong></h3>
