Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day clinical running of a defined care area as a Registered Nurse.
• Lead and supervise the care team while ensuring safe medication management and administration.
• Complete resident assessments and maintain accurate, up-to-date care plans.
• Act as a named nurse, building strong relationships with residents and supporting person-centred care decisions.
About You
• Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or equivalent).
• Experience managing medication and supervising care delivery within a care setting.
• Working knowledge of CQC regulations and health and safety requirements.
