If you’re an experienced Registered Manager with strong CQC knowledge and a salary expectation of up to £50,000 per annum, this Registered Manager role offers national responsibility across complex, nurse-led domiciliary services for adults and children. This is a senior position with real accountability, autonomy, and influence over how services are built and governed.
You’ll sit at the intersection of regulation and growth, leading CQC compliance while supporting service development and commissioner confidence. The environment values credible leadership, clear governance, and sustainable expansion rather than short-term fixes.

• Annual birthday bonus following successful completion of probation.
• Flexible working arrangements where operational requirements permit.
• Clear progression pathways within a growing organisation.
• Ongoing professional development with leadership support and mentoring.
• Pension scheme and statutory benefits.
About the Company
You’ll be joining a specialist provider delivering complex care in people’s homes, with a strong focus on high-acuity, nurse-led services. The organisation places clear emphasis on CQC compliance, commissioner confidence, and building scalable, well-governed services.
Key Responsibilities
• Hold Registered Manager accountability, leading CQC compliance, inspections, and governance across complex and domiciliary services.
• Support business development and service growth through commissioner engagement and strong regulatory credibility.
• Provide strategic leadership to multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed teams while maintaining quality and performance oversight.
About You
• Proven Registered Manager experience with in-depth, working knowledge of CQC frameworks and inspection readiness.
• Demonstrable involvement in service growth, business development, or commissioner engagement within complex or community care.
• Experience leading multi-site or remote services with accountability for quality, compliance, and outcomes.
