Key Responsibilities for Paediatric Clinical Lead 
• Provide senior clinical oversight and case management for complex paediatric care packages in the community.
• Act as a clinical lead for training, competency sign-off, and safe delivery of nurse-led care.
• Work closely with commissioners, NHS partners, and internal teams to support service quality and development.

About You
• Registered Children’s Nurse with significant experience in complex community or paediatric care.
• Proven background in clinical governance, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Experience managing or overseeing complex care packages and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
