Are you a successful Care Home Manager ready to move into a wider operational role? Or an experienced multi-site leader looking to make a real impact within a growing care provider?

We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Operations Manager to support a portfolio of care homes, working closely with Home Managers to improve performance, grow occupancy and deliver an excellent resident experience.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a growing business, combining commercial focus with a genuine commitment to high-quality care.

The role

• Support and challenge Home Managers to deliver strong operational performance.
• Drive occupancy growth through focused action plans and commercially informed decisions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and work alongside home teams to deliver results.
• Promote high standards of care and a positive experience for residents.
• Provide practical, hands-on leadership across the portfolio.

About you

• A successful track record as a Care Home Manager, Deputy Manager or multi-site operational leader.
• Strong commercial awareness and evidence of improving occupancy.
• The confidence to hold managers accountable while providing constructive support.
• A proactive, operationally focused approach and the ambition to grow with the business.
• A genuine passion for improving care standards and residents’ quality of life.
