Compliance Officer – Complex Care – East London – £25,000 to £30,000
A growing community complex care provider in East London is looking to recruit a Compliance Officer to support the onboarding and compliance of nurses and healthcare assistants delivering care packages in the community.
This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. The organisation is ideally looking for someone who can start immediately and has previous experience within community care, domiciliary care or complex care services.
Key Responsibilities
Managing compliance for nurses and healthcare assistants including DBS, right to work, training and registrations
Ensuring staff files remain fully compliant with internal governance and CQC standards
Supporting onboarding and ensuring staff are compliant prior to deployment
Monitoring training compliance and arranging renewals where required
Supporting audits and maintaining organised compliance records
Requirements
Previous experience working as a Compliance Officer, Compliance Administrator or similar
Experience within community care, domiciliary care or complex care preferred
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and compliance systems
Ideally available to start immediately or within a short notice period
This role would suit someone currently working as a Compliance Officer within a healthcare provider or care organisation looking to join a specialist complex care service.
Salary and Benefits
£25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday
8:30am to 5:30pm
