Compliance Officer – Complex Care – East London – £25,000 to £30,000

A growing community complex care provider in East London is looking to recruit a Compliance Officer to support the onboarding and compliance of nurses and healthcare assistants delivering care packages in the community.

This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. The organisation is ideally looking for someone who can start immediately and has previous experience within community care, domiciliary care or complex care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing compliance for nurses and healthcare assistants including DBS, right to work, training and registrations

  • Ensuring staff files remain fully compliant with internal governance and CQC standards

  • Supporting onboarding and ensuring staff are compliant prior to deployment

  • Monitoring training compliance and arranging renewals where required

  • Supporting audits and maintaining organised compliance records

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Compliance Officer, Compliance Administrator or similar

  • Experience within community care, domiciliary care or complex care preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and compliance systems

  • Ideally available to start immediately or within a short notice period

This role would suit someone currently working as a Compliance Officer within a healthcare provider or care organisation looking to join a specialist complex care service.

Salary and Benefits

  • £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience

  • Monday to Friday

  • 8:30am to 5:30pm

  • Office based in East London
