Support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality care and ensuring all policies, procedures, and objectives are met.
Ensure care is delivered in line with CQC standards, local authority requirements, and professional regulations.
Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to nursing and care teams.
Help maintain safe staffing levels and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
About You
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
Previous experience in a senior clinical role within a care home setting.
Strong knowledge of clinical governance and care management systems.
