Clinical Business Development Manager – Complex Care

London | Up to £55,000 + £20,000 OTE + £5,000 Car Allowance

You must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with complex care experience to be considered for this position.

Are you an experienced Complex Care Clinical Lead or Clinical Manager with a commercial mindset and experience supporting business development, referrals or service growth?

We are looking for a Clinical Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of an established complex care provider across London and surrounding areas.

This role combines your clinical expertise with business development, building relationships with commissioners and case managers, securing new referrals and supporting the assessment and mobilisation of complex care packages.

The Role

As Clinical Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing relationships with ICBs, commissioners, case managers and healthcare professionals
• Identifying and securing new complex care and CHC packages
• Completing clinical assessments for prospective clients
• Managing opportunities from referral through to proposal, contract and mobilisation
• Supporting the safe mobilisation of new complex care packages
• Attending MDT meetings, commissioner reviews and client meetings
• Developing pricing proposals and supporting tender opportunities
• Building and managing a strong pipeline of new business

What We're Looking For

You must be a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a strong background in complex care, ideally at Clinical Lead, Clinical Manager or similar level.

You'll also need experience within business development, referrals, commissioning or service growth, with the confidence to build relationships and generate new opportunities.

Experience with brain injury, spinal injury, tracheostomy, ventilation and other complex clinical needs would be highly beneficial.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
