We are searching for a Client Manager to join an established complex care provider based in Bermondsey. This Client Manager opportunity offers a salary of £30,000 p/a, sociable working hours, hybrid working, ongoing training & development and excellent additional benefits.

  • Sociable working hours of Monday – Friday / 9am – 5pm
  • Hybrid working, with one day from home and the remaining days split between the office and client visits

In this Client Manager role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your own portfolio of community care packages, support care teams and ensure clients receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care in their own homes. You will be joining an established provider where you can make a genuine difference to the lives of people with complex care needs.
As a Client Manager you will:
  • Manage a portfolio of community care packages, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality care
  • Conduct client visits to monitor care standards and review individual care packages
  • Lead, manage and support care teams working within clients’ homes
  • Build strong relationships with clients, their families and wider healthcare professionals
  • Oversee safeguarding concerns, compliance and service quality
  • Contribute to budget management and financial KPIs
  • Participate in an on-call rota to support the effective running of services
Criteria to apply:
  • Previous experience within health and social care, ideally within complex care, domiciliary care or community-based services
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload
  • Experience supporting and managing care teams
  • Confident taking ownership of care packages and maintaining high standards of service delivery
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
