Work as Registered Home Manager of a 35 bed complex care service in Immingham, North East Lincolnshire. You will be managing a nursing home for adults aged 18+ with both physical and / or mental health needs.
As the Registered Home Manager, you will be accountable for the day to day running and leadership of the service. It is your responsibility to ensure service users receive the highest quality of care, making every day better than the last. You will pro-actively coach your team and will be dedicated to driving CQC standards to ensure quality. You will also work closely with the Operations team in driving key business objectives.
Key duties as Registered Home Manager:

  • Ensure the service is a caring environment at all times
  • Oversee teams to ensure individual needs of service users are met
  • Promote dignity, independence and rights to privacy
  • Recruit, Lead and develop staff
  • Work towards legal and CQC requirements at all times and drive the service to "outstanding"
  • Have full budget responsibility
  • Engage with new customers and maintain positive relationships with existing referrers


Requirements:
You will be a registered nurse with a valid NMC pin (RGN, RMN or RNLD Qualified), and will have previous experience managing a successful care home. A previous CQC rating of 'Good' or 'Outstanding' would be also advantageous. The ideal Registered Manager will have previous experience managing multi-disciplined teams and will have a previous experience of managing and analysing P&L reports.

The salary is circa £60,000, with an excellent bonus scheme and fantastic progression opportunities.
