As a Theatre Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the Theatre department with various surgical procedures.
  • Ensuring high standards of patient care are maintained.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Participating in the on-call rota as required.
  • Supporting junior staff and students.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations.

The ideal Theatre Practitioner will have:

  • Registered Practitioner status with NMC or HCPC registration.
  • Preferably 12 months of experience in a theatre setting, though this is not essential.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Flexibility to cover a range of shifts.
