The role has been set up nicely as the previous Service Manager contributed to the service for 5 years, leaving the team with a foundation to hit the ground running the minute you arrive.
You will maintain an oversight of practice standards and compliance using case auditing and monitoring of service KPI’s and work collaboratively with the service manager to develop and improve practice in line with the service plan. This role is great opportunity to develop while stepping up the ladder.
