Step Up To Management | Close-knit team | Stable service | Perm senior leadership team
We’re currently looking for an experienced Team Manager, or an Assistant Team Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career, to join an Ofsted rated Good council based on the South Coast of England as Team Manager in their stable Children with Disabilities service.
Although being an experienced manager is a benefit, the council will also consider experienced and supportive advanced practitioners who are able to develop into the leadership role.
Salaries range from £54,599 - £61,658 per annum

This is a great opportunity for the right person to join a small, close-knit team with a very supportive management structure. You will also get 26 days annual leave, not including bank holidays, with the chance for a further 13 'flexi days'.
The role requires an understanding of short breaks and differing care packages. The disabilities service is split into 3 teams, the appointed manager would be managing and overseeing cases including CIN,CP and Children Looked After.
As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
