Are you a Medical Nurse, Surgical Nurse or Accident & Emergency Nurse looking for a new career path? We have an exciting opportunity for a Staff Nurse to work in Haematology/Oncology and training will be offered to candidates passionate about getting into oncology care. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £42k. Plus, successful nurses who join the team will receive a £5000 Golden Hello welcome incentive payment (T&Cs apply). You'll also have the chance to undertake a fully funded Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatment (SACT) course.

As a Staff Nurse in Haematology/Oncology, you will:

  • Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of specialist care
  • Ensure patients are cared for in a safe, compassionate and comfortable environment
  • Meet patients' physical, psychological and spiritual needs through effective communication
  • Be trained to administer Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatments (SACT), stem cell administration and various new anti-cancer treatments

The ideal Staff Nurse in Haematology/Oncology will have:

  • Registered Nurse – NMC Pin
  • Experience in an acute nursing environment within a hospital
  • Experience within haematology or oncology setting (desirable but not essential)
