  • Make safe discharge decisions alongside the consultant team.
  • Liaise and network with other departments across the hospital.
  • Identify and report significant changes affecting patients' health and well-being.
  • Develop your own knowledge and skills, as well as those of others.
  • Promote best practices in health, safety, and security.
